For Community

Grow With the
Right Network

Build your Bali journey with the right people around you.

Local communities

Meaningful growth should also create value for the people around us.

  • Local craftsmen at work on a villa terrace while owners review plans
  • A meeting at the banjar pavilion over drawings and a laptop
  • A conversation at a local business, coffee and laptop on the table
  1. 01Create opportunities for local talent
  2. 02Support Banjar initiatives
  3. 03Collaborate with local businesses

We aim to create employment opportunities, support local talent, and build positive relationships with the banjar and communities surrounding our projects. Our presence should contribute to the area, not simply occupy space within it.

Community
questions

  • Anyone with a real stake in property in Bali — owners, residents, buyers, and the architects, builders, managers and local businesses around them. You do not need to have bought or built with NGH to take part.

  • Tell us what you need — a notary, a manager, a contractor, a neighbour who has done what you are about to do — and we connect you with someone we have actually worked with, by name and with context. We do not hand out lists.

  • Around real projects: a site mid-build, a finished home, an office evening, a table on a rooftop. Mostly in the south of the island, where most of our work is, and always announced ahead of time.

  • If you work in or around property here and want to be introduced to the people in this community, get in touch and tell us what you do. Partners are people we have seen deliver, so it starts with a conversation, not a form.

  • Yes. Many members are planning a move or a purchase from abroad. Introductions and most of the conversation happen wherever you are; the gatherings are here when you land.
