Yes. Most NGH clients are not in Bali for most of the build. Design reviews happen remotely, progress comes to you as reports and photos on an agreed rhythm, and the team is on the ground for everything that needs someone present.
Most builds complete in 12–18 months depending on scope and site. The timeline is documented before construction starts, and you see progress against it throughout.
The 10-year structural warranty is written down before you commit — what is covered, for whom it applies and how it works. Request the full overview and we will take you through it.
No. If you already hold land, the design starts from your site. If you don't, NGH helps you find and verify one — land checks, boundaries and zoning are part of the process either way.
That is up to you. You can simply receive the keys and the documentation — or have the same team position, market and manage the property from day one, so it starts working the moment it is finished.
