Mitchell Kasiman is the founder and CEO of NGH Property Group. He leads the group's design direction, investment strategy, and project oversight across villas, apartments, and mixed-use developments in Bali.
Bringing Dutch engineering standards to Balinese craftsmanship, his work focuses on translating investment goals into clear, buildable homes that balance identity, comfort, and returns.
He works hands-on with owners, consultants, and the site team — open books, weekly reporting, and one point of contact from first sketch to final keys.
